Snores and Smores Community Campout Registration Form 2019

  6. Rules and Regulations
    Pre-registration is required. No registration will be taken the day of the event.
  7. Participants must check in at the community tent between 5:30-7 p.m. All participants must wear a wristband throughout the duration of the stay.
  8. Due to limited ground space at Coe Lake, we ask that all participants be courteous and considerate of others when choosing your tent space. Please keep your campsite clean.
  9. No personal campfires are allowed.
  10. Grilling or cooking of any food over the fire is not permitted. There will be food available for purchase at the outdoor pool concession stand. Food that requires grilling, water boiling, or onsite preparation is not permitted.
  11. Quiet time is from 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. Children must be at their campsites during these hours. Loud behavior or offensive language will not be tolerated.
  12. This is a family event. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Parents and guardians will be held accountable for their child/children's safety and actions.
  13. You do not need a pool pass to use the outdoor pool during this event however, a wristband provided must be worn at all times. Children 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult while in the pool area. There will be lifeguards on duty.
  14. The following items are not permitted at the event: Pets (expect for service animals), cooking materials, grills, cookers, stoves, fireworks, sparklers, firearms, paintball guns, knives, alcoholic beverages, food that requires onsite preparation, radios, CD players, speakers, smoking, skateboards, roller-blades, roller-skates, scooters, offensive or dangerous materials, televisions, musical instruments
  15. The City reserves the right to remove any person or property from the Coe Lake area if it is determined that the person or property is in violation of any law, regulation, or policy whether or not it is expressly stated in this form.
  16. Waiver & Release
    I on my own behalf and on behalf of my minor child/children, or have obtained permission from the legal parent/guardian of any minor child/children who are participants named below to execute this agreement on their behalf do hereby waive and release the City of Berea, its agents, employees, and volunteers ("The City") from any and all claims that I may have and/or that my child/children may have as a result of any personal injury or death, or property damage or loss, which may be suffered or sustained as a result of my presence or participation in this fully voluntary event, and do hereby hold The City harmless therefrom. I further acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver and release and expressly consent and agree to the terms hereof. I also acknowledge that I have read and understand the FYI Family Campout 2019 Rules and Regulations Form and expressly consent and agree to the terms thereof.
  17. Electronic Signature Agreement
    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
