Senior Wheels

Berea residents who are at least 60 years old or disabled are eligible to use the Senior Wheels vans for transportation to medical appointments, shopping and other transportation needs. Once an application form has been completed and turned in, trip appointments must be made AT LEAST 24 hours in advance. It is best to call as soon as you know about your appointment. We can schedule up to a month in advance.

If you live in a Nursing Home, this specific application needs to be filled out. If you have a Personal Care Aide (PCA) this application needs to be filled out. 

Call (440) 826-0800 to schedule appointments. Trip fares are $1-$3 and the vans run 8:15 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday thru Friday. We will transport you anywhere in Berea, Middleburg Heights and Strongsville.

The City of Berea was awarded a grant through the Cuyahoga County Division of Senior and Adult Services which allows seniors and disabled residents to ride Senior Wheels for free. This grant will run through 2027 and requires a photocopy of your ID and the last four of your social security number. These requirements are listed on the application. If you do not wish to provide this information, you can always pay the trip fares listed above.
